Spinning the Bottle is a curious comedy about love, mammal mating rituals and the delightful philosophy of Baudelaire that one should always remain drunk. Exploring the turbulent terrains of dating through the lenses of science, neurology and psychology, Krissi attempts a deeper understanding of the quandaries of love and sex and attempts to unravel the confusing dichotomy of "cynical romanticism."

Stringing together poetic prose and personal exploits, Spinning the Bottle exerts a fresh, funny and exuberant form of storytelling, proving that despite our sometimes hopeless outlook on romantic bliss, love is still the most invigorating, promising and potent of all earthly experiences.

Spinning the Bottle premiered at Frontera Fringe Festival in Austin, Texas. Throughout its Texas run, the show received numerous awards and super reviews! Krissi performed Spinning the Bottle in Downtown Las Vegas at the beautiful Inspire Theater and in San Francisco, California at the  San Francisco Fringe Festival

Of all the solo performances at the DFW Fringe for the past 5 years, “Spinning The Bottle” is among my personal favorites.
